Our primary focus is the North East of England – and that is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Hartlepool and the wider North East is where Storm was built, where we have invested our own money for over a decade, and where we have the deepest knowledge of the market, the communities, and the opportunities.
Being genuinely local matters. We know which streets are undervalued and why. We know what tenants in this part of the country are looking for.
