Do you only operate in the North East?

Our primary focus is the North East of England – and that is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Hartlepool and the wider North East is where Storm was built, where we have invested our own money for over a decade, and where we have the deepest knowledge of the market, the communities, and the opportunities.

Being genuinely local matters. We know which streets are undervalued and why. We know what tenants in this part of the country are looking for. We know the planning landscape, the local authority priorities, and the development sites that others have overlooked. That knowledge is not something you can replicate from a national office.

That said, we consider opportunities on their merits. If a development opportunity, investment partnership, or corporate relationship makes sense and falls close enough to our operational base for us to manage it properly, we are open to the conversation. What we will not do is overstretch into areas where we cannot deliver the same standard we hold ourselves to here.
