Finding the right tenant
We market every property properly – professional photography, well-written listings, and targeted promotion to reach the right applicants. We reference every tenant thoroughly and only put forward people we are confident will pay on time, look after the property, and stay for the long term. You do not have to take whoever shows up first.
Managing the tenancy
Once a tenant is in, we handle the day-to-day. Maintenance requests are logged, managed, and followed up. Contractors are briefed and held to account. You are kept informed without being bothered about things that do not need your attention. That is the whole point.
Keeping you compliant
The regulatory requirements around letting a property have become considerably more complex. Gas safety certificates, electrical installation condition reports, energy performance certificates, deposit protection, right to rent checks – we manage all of it on your behalf and make sure nothing lapses.
Regular inspections
We carry out regular property inspections and report back to you with an honest account of the condition of the property and how the tenancy is progressing. No surprises. No issues left to fester.
Transparent fees
Our management fee is 10% plus VAT. There are no hidden charges, no fees buried in the small print, and no inflated contractor margins. You know what you are paying and what you are getting for it.
